Retro 1940s Style Red & Black Wool Felt Perch Hat

A one-off hat hand blocked on an antique 1940s wooden block. A very lovely little hat made from 100% wool felt in black and red. It has a satin and bead flower decoration. Finished with black veiling that can be worn down to semi-cover the face or off the face. Black petersham ribbon fitted inside. Will fit head size Small or Medium (54cm – 58cm.)
