What inks and papers are used for the prints?

​

Giclee Art Prints

All Giclee prints are signed and Limited Editions are numbered. Giclee means the printing is done digitally using ink that is long lasting and fade resistant. The archival pigments used in the inks are of a very high quality suitable for exhibition in museums and galleries.

​

​All the prints image will come with a border of between 10mm to 50mm, depending on the size of the print you order.

 

Edition Open Prints

Edition Open in A4 & A3 unless otherwise stated.
Printed on mid-weight acid free paper w/ archival inks.

Open Edition prints are printed using archival ink on 210gsm Enhanced Matt. Enhanced Matte is a mid-weight premium art paper with a smooth matte surface and good rigidity for professional art prints. It’s a natural white, acid-free and designed for the specific use of archival pigment inks. 

 

Limited Edition Prints

Prints and Editions limited up to 50 unless otherwise stated.

All Giclee prints are digitally reproduced and printed using pigment based archival ink.

Limited Edition prints are printed on archival museum quality 100% white textured archival cotton rag, 310gsm fine art matt. Cotton rag is a heavy-weight archival velvet fine art paper that is bright white, water-resistant and made from 100% cotton fibres. The museum quality rag is acid, lignin and chlorine free. Each print comes signed and numbered and will be shipped to you ready for framing.

What are your delivery options and prices?

 

Art Prints

Within New Zealand: 

A2 and smaller art prints will be shipped in a shipping bag by courier.  Over A2 will be sent in a tube.

Please allow up to 7 working days for shipping.

New Zealand $8.50 NZD

International Freight:

All art prints will be sent in a tube by regular shipping. We estimate from 2 weeks, however, we cannot guarantee time due to disrupted shipping caused by Covid19.

Australia $29.00 NZD

Everywhere else $59.00 NZD

Hats

Hats will be sent by post in a New Zealand Postal box within New Zealand.

It is recommended that hats be tried on first and collected.

Prices will be from $18.00 upwards within New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please contact Karen Newborn to discuss other options such as pick-up.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are pick-up only or will be sent by arrangement within New Zealand. The costs for shipping will be calculated at time of purchase. It is recommended that the painting be viewed first if possible. All paintings are unframed.

RETURNS

 

What is your returns policy?

​

We endeavour to provide you with a high quality product in top condition. If for any reason, you are not happy with your print or hat, please contact us by email and we will discuss any problems you have with the product. An exchange will be offered for a hat if we have one available, otherwise a full refund will be issued on return of the hat in unused condition.

 

A full refund or replacement will be offered if your print arrives damaged. Please send a photo by email showing any damage to the print. Please go to the contact page:
